RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing ROVER CANNiBAL for your Rover parts needs. Your business is greatly appreciated! “Our Mission is to work for the success of the people we serve by exceeding expectations, demonstrated by the dedication of our employees and world class customer service.”

 

Please review the following information before returning your merchandise so that we may better serve you, our valued customer…..

 

If goods must be returned for ANY REASON, you (The Customer) must first contact us at Telephone No. 405.232.4225 for a Return of Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), within (30) days of actual purchase date (please keep track here). Information we will need: Your invoice number and name under which the parts were ordered. Please understand that a 25% restocking fee may apply to returns. 

 

Rover Cannibal DOES NOT accept any C.O.D. returns.  Goods must be packaged and shipped properly to prevent damage and must have the RMA# written legibly and visibly on the outside of the package or it will be refused.

 

1.0)         NEED TO RETURN A PART 

When returning any part to us, please include a copy of your invoice and a note w/detail, explaining the reason for return and any other information you deem important. This will help us expedite your return efficiently and correctly.

 

2.0)         IF THE WRONG PART WAS SHIPPED

You must, within (30) days of actual purchase date (please keep track here), contact us for an RMA. WE RESERVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REPLACE SAID PART(S) BEFORE THE CUSTOMER IS ELIGILBLE FOR ANY MONETARY REIMBURSEMENT. IF A REPLACEMENT IS AVAILABLE BUT NOT DESIRED OR NEEDED, WE WILL ISSUE A STORE CREDIT FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE, MINUS SHIPPING COSTS, WHICH CAN BE USED FOR FUTURE PART PURCHASES. Upon receiving back the original part we shipped, accompanied with your detailed explanation, we offer one the following (3) options….

 

  1. Have us ship out the correct part at no additional charge.
  2. Issue a store credit for the original purchase price, minus shipping costs, for future parts purchases. 
  3. In the event the correct part is not immediately available and we believe we may not be able to fulfill the order in a timely fashion or backorder would not be your preference here, we will issue a store credit for future purchases or have the funds returned to you via the original payment method. Shipping costs may be refunded if applicable. 

 

3.0)         IF YOU (THE CUSTOMER) ORDERS THE WRONG PART

You must within (30) days of actual purchase date (please keep track here), contact us for a RMA.  Upon receiving back the original part we shipped, accompanied with your detailed explanation, we offer one of the following (2) options….

 

  1. Upon receipt of the original part, we will ship out the correct part, subject to availability. Shipping costs SHALL be paid by the customer. 
  2. Issue a store credit that can be used for another part order. It is the Customers responsibility to remind Rover Cannibal personnel of said store credit. Store Credits CANNOT be applied to shipping costs.

4.0)         IF THE PART WE SENT DOES NOT WORK

You must, within (30) days of actual purchase date, (please keep track here) contact us for an RMA. Please include a detailed note as to what is defective with said part as this will help us correct the problem part. Please DO NOT write “does not work” as reason alone. 

 

WE RESERVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REPLACE SAID PART(S) BEFORE THE CUSTOMER IS ELIGIBLE FOR ANY MONETARY REIMBURSEMENT. IF A REPLACEMENT PART IS AVAILABLE BUT NOT DESIRED OR NEEDED, WE WILL ISSUE A STORE CREDIT FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE, MINUS SHIPPING COSTS, WHICH CAN BE USED FOR FUTURE PARTS PURCHSES.  Upon receipt of our original part and our verification that the part was defective, we offer one of the following (3) options:  

 

  1. Ship a replacement part, subject to availability, after defective determination has been made. 
  2. Issue a store credit that can be used for another part order. Store Credits may NOT be applied to shipping costs.
  3. In the event the correct part is not immediately available and we believe we may not be able to fulfill the order in a timely fashion or backorder would not be your preference here, we will issue a store credit for future purchases or have the funds returned to you via the original payment method. Shipping costs may be refunded if applicable. 

 

5.0)         IF THE PART WE SENT IS NO LONGER NEEDED

You must within (30) days of actual purchase date (please keep track here), contact us for a RMA.  Upon receiving back the original part we shipped, accompanied with your detailed explanation, we offer one of the following (2) options….

 

  1. Upon receipt of the original part, we will ship out the correct part if needed. Monies spent on returned part will be applied to replacement part. Any negative price difference will be paid by the Customer prior to shipping. Any positive price difference will be applied to the Customer’s account as a store credit, which can be used for any future part purchases. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
  2. Issue a store credit that can be used for another part order. Store Credits CANNOT be applied to shipping costs.

6.0)         PARTS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN SHIPPING – FREIGHT CLAIMS

It is the responsibility of the customer to report any/all damage claims to the freight company or delivery driver.  Any/all shipping damage must be reported to Rover Cannibal, LLC within ten (10) days of receipt of damaged goods.  

 

Please make a note of “visible damage” on the delivery ticket, or the freight carrier may not honor a freight claim.  For “hidden damage”, keep all packing material, original shipping box(s), for a freight representative to review.  Failure to keep all packing material may void any/all freight claim(s).  If part is unusable due to damage, Rover Cannibal shall send out a replacement part at no additional charge if such part is available.  If part is not available, the claim must be completed and customer will be refunded upon claim being paid by freight company.  If paid claim amount does not equal the original invoice total, Rover Cannibal shall make up this difference up.

 

7.0)         RETURNING CORES & CORE CHARGES

Cores must be complete (identical components that were shipped in the original order) assembled, in rebuildable condition and returned to our facility FREIGHT PREPAID within (30) days of receiving the original shipment.  If cores are not returned within the (30) days or are deemed to be non-rebuildable by Rover Cannibal when received, additional charges shall be due and payable according to the following sample schedule: Engine assemblies - $600    Transmissions & converters - $500    Transfer case & viscous - $500  ABS pumps - $125    Differentials - $125    Alternators & Starters - $100    Radiators - $100    Seat  switches - $25    ECU’s - $100 Steering gearboxes - $185    Cylinder head (each) - $250    Climate Control Units - $100    Power steering pumps - $150   Manual Transmission - $600    Radio - $100 

 

8.0)      REFUNDS:  If a refund is warranted per this return policy, credit for approved returns will be automatically applied as store credit on account unless otherwise specified by ROVER CANNiBAL.  Said store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be utilized by the original customer and are not transferable or reedemable by any other means unless agreed to by Rover CANNiBAL.
